Degree-Seeking Pathways

Offered by Wilkes Community College (WCC)

2-Year Associate’s Degree in IT

4-Year (2+2) Bachelor’s Degree in IT (2 years at WCC + 2 years at a partnering 4-year university)

IT Diplomas & Certificates (earn professional credentials after 1-2 semesters)

Short-Term Accelerated Pathways

Offered by Per Scholas

12 -15 weeks, Mon -Fri 9am - 4pm

Online live instruction and scheduled daily coursework

Programs:

- IT Support

- Software Engineering

Part-Time Self-Paced Pathways

Offered by WCC's Continuing Education & Workforce Development Divison

4-6 months, self-paced

Online pre-recorded instruction and self-paced course work

Programs:

- Google IT Support

- Systems Security

- Computer Networking

Industry-Standard Credentials

All pathways are designed to equip students with the skills and experience needed to complete industry-standard certification exams and secure entry-level tech positions.
